(HMC, Life Care Center). Yesterday, 7-day average on test positivity on island was at 2.1%, the state's positivity rate is now at 2.2%. Passenger arrivals coming to Hawaii island since Oct 15th started around 800 people a day, now at 672 passengers yesterday.
